Canada
Free shipping is offered in Canada for any purchase that exceeds the minimum amount required. OLA Bamboo Inc. will send you an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically redirected to the Canada Post website. They will tell you where your order is at. You can also track your shipment by entering the tracking number provided at the following site: www.canadapost.ca. If your purchase is less than the minimum amount, the shipping cost will be $10.99. Note that if your purchase only includes toothbrushes or if it is a subscription renewal, shipping will be free and the toothbrushes will be shipped via Canada Post’s regular service, which takes about 10 days. In this case, the tracking number will not work.
International
The shipping cost is fixed to $30.00 for any purchase outside of Canada. OLA Bamboo Inc. will send you an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be automatically redirected to the Canada Post website. They will tell you where your order is at. You can also track your shipment by entering the tracking number provided at the following site: www.canadapost.ca.

Lost parcel
It can happen that a parcel is lost during shipping. If this happens to you, please send us an email. When a parcel is lost and has a tracking number (this excludes shipments that include only toothbrushes or subscription renewals), you can rest assured that we will follow up with Canada Post. If an order shipped through Canada Post’s regular service is lost (only toothbrushes and subscription renewals), an agreement can be reached between OLA Bamboo Inc. and the dissatisfied customer through customer service. However, OLA Bamboo Inc. does not commit to entering into any agreement.
Items damaged in transit
All orders placed through the olabamboo.com website are subject to a shipping contract. This means that risks related to loss and damage during shipping are the responsibility of the customer. An agreement may be reached between OLA Bamboo Inc. and the dissatisfied customer through customer service. However, OLA Bamboo Inc. does not commit to entering into any agreement. OLA Bamboo Inc. is not responsible for costs incurred following the receipt of a damaged or defective item.
